Series: 100 Views of Edo Published by Uo-Ei Fine impression, color and condition #38 in this series of 121 prints. A fine example of Hiroshige's handling of color. Depicting clients leaving the Yoshiwara brothel quarter and seen off by a courtesan and her attendants. the chill and still of the Spring morning are wonderfully rendered by the blue and grey bokashi.
